Advanced Lead Engineer - Testing

Role Summary: This role will be working alongside a team of engineers of varying experience to develop and support products primarily in the aerospace market. This individual will be responsible for supporting product design engineering by leading the creation and execution of test procedures, the development of necessary test fixtures and root cause investigations related to all testing phases. This support includes new product development, field repairs, research and production support. Essential Responsibilities: Lead aerospace test projects from initial design through release within expected cost, quality and schedule Review specifications and define additional requirements, as needed Evaluate appropriate data acquisition and measurement devices and instrument test setups for accurate measurement and control Design and write test software to meet test specifications and needs Create and perform verification and validation procedures Release completed test software designs through engineering change processes Apply standard test software engineering techniques, procedures and criteria Works with engineering and supply chain partners for production testing readiness. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Software, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related technical field from an accredited university or college Minimum of 3 years of experience in test instrumentation & software development with Labview Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
