Solution Architect

Role Summary:
The Solution Architect is a key role responsible for accelerating commercial across GEHC Partners? growth platforms. The role will partner with the Solution Architect Director, the Senior Leadership Team, and delivery team to manage the deal pursuit process and development of solutions to support the client?s needs. This will be accomplished in three main capacities: providing deal pursuit support, leading commercial diligence / assessments, and supporting key business operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
As a part of this role, support the deal team by:
Providing Deal Pursuit Support
o Align with commercial leaders to enable and accelerate the deal process by providing deal architecture, commercial / diligence assessment, proposal development, deal approval, and contracting support
o Serve as a deal process subject matter expert. Proactively advise commercial leaders on process requirements and facilitate the timely completion of critical commercial process milestones
o Develop presentations and client-related documents, assist with creating resource models and project timelines which align with the commercial strategy while meeting client and GE Healthcare specifications (i.e., mapping proposal response to questions posed by the client and/or deal time)
o Drive standardization of key commercial materials (proposals, contracts, client-facing decks) and support the development of standard client solutions and resource delivery plans
o As needed participate in the complete presales process from gathering information to delivering presentations and contracts that focus on the customers? desired outcomes. Participate in client-facing commercial activities as required
o Actively support business development by continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying potential customers, new solutions, alternate commercial strategies, and potential strategic partners / sub-contractors
o Support marketing efforts to develop material, position strategies for solution areas, in conjunction with overall marketing message framework
Leading Commercial Diligence / Assessments
o In collaboration with the commercial teams, scope, plan, and lead commercial diligences / assessments which align to the deal strategy and unique client circumstances
o Facilitate subject matter experts through the creation of workstream diligence / assessment plans and lead the effort to consolidate individual plans into one efficient and effective effort
o Lead clients through the diligence / assessment process. Effectively communicate and collaborate with key client stakeholders to ensure diligence / assessment planning and execution is effective for the client and GE Healthcare
o Managing the collection of client data, coordination of client interviews, and deployment of GE resources during the diligence / assessment effort
o Continuously improve existing diligence / assessment approaches by redesigning processes and by creating / standardizing tool and methodologies
o Participate in client-facing activities as a member of the diligence / assessment team as needed
As a part of this role support business operations by:
Driving Content Development and Commercial Knowledge Management
o Wing-to-wing knowledge management of Partner?s commercial efforts including proposals, pricing, contracts, project plans, and assessments
o Interface with other team members to develop ?on-demand? responses to standard client requests & requirements (e.g. data security provisions, travel policies, etc.) in an integrated, plug-and-play fashion
o Continuous learning: track lessons learned, provide feedback loop to Sales, Delivery, Finance and Marketing, and drives best practices
Supporting Business Reporting and Compliance
o Monitor, update, and report on key business funnel information and metrics
o Ensure client-facing proposals and contracts have been appropriately reviewed and approved prior to client presentation
o Participate in and lead key business operating mechanisms as required
? Bachelor?s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Hospital-wide business process knowledge and a broad understanding of healthcare products, services portfolio
? Demonstrated experience interfacing and influencing at all levels in the organization
? Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels 5+ years project management experience including developing project plans, deployment plans, risk management; follow up, tracking and communication
? Experience in pre-sales/sales activity position
? Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
? Comfort working in matrixed organization and a willingness to work as a part of a mission-driven team where individual responsibilities and key processes will vary based on client and business needs
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Ability to travel up to 25%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
