Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Role Summary:
This role will help lead in the design, implementation, communication, and administration of a broad range of competitive global reward programs including Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility in support of business goals and objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Manage annual salary, long term incentive, and incentive planning processes for GE Transportation
+ Execute policies and procedures related to pay practices
+ Provide support for any compensation related projects or regulation compliance
+ Create innovative ways to deliver compensation education, analysis and products
+ Assist in tracking and analyzing compensation spend
+ Periodically review and assess internal pay competitiveness across business functions and bands ? identify inequities and recommend appropriate adjustments
+ Review and approve off-cycle pay changes
+ Monitor and review changes in compensation laws and regulations; periodically reviews programs and processes for compliance
+ In conjunction with Talent Acquisition, ensure that position descriptions for external market benchmarks are current and accurate
+ Support the management of variable incentive compensation programs, including participant tracking, payout calculations, and payment processing and administration
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a human resources or compensation position)
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or in HR with functional knowledge of and expertise in compensation concepts, systems, and administration

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
