HR Transition Project Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Summary:
Manage large-scale projects & drive efficiencies for all aspects of Talent Acquisition, including Workday implementation. Work horizontally with key HR & business stakeholders to drive change management and communication agenda. Accountable for the delivery of concurrent projects on-time to deliver results with the desired impact & drive better performance, quality & stakeholder experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Will serve as the single point of contact and project manager for Talent Acquisition. Lead Healthcare standalone related project execution; manage scope, deliverables, dependencies, resources, progress and timelines
+ Partner with relevant stakeholders on all transformation / integrations and business change implementations including process, systems and governance. Regularly advises and updates HR leadership team on planned changes, improvements and or input required
+ Create and manage global dashboard and provide meaningful insights to the business. Drive continuous improvement via design and implementation of consistent global metrics, using tools like ChangeScout to provide relevant change analytics that help improve processes and service and drive long term cultural change
+ Manages suppliers and vendors where necessary
+ Supports Change Management for GEHC: persona identification and engagement, assessing, implementing and monitoring the change from current status, communication and training activities
+ Responsible to serve as liaison to both Corporate CoEs and HR community including best practice sharing, conflict resolution and process improvement
+ Lead and delivera robust end to end on-boarding solution from conception to completion globally(including offer and feedback process). Continuously monitor the progressof the solution as well as ensuring content is engaging, refreshed and alignedto current GEHC brand thinking
+ Lead global TA system implementations includingWorkday Recruitment ATS, On-boarding program and digital platform, employeereferral program (2020) and other related projects ensuring the solution is fitfor purpose globally
+ Ensure effective risk management within TalentAcquisition COE. Lead all risk, governance & audit activity within TalentAcquisition to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university or college (Or high school diploma/GED plus 15 years of experience)
+ Minimum 10 years prior professional work experience in TA
+ Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others
+ Required to travel
Desired Characteristics:
+ Master?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+ Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, and HRM/HRBP exp preferred; Needs to understand how HR work gets done at GEHC including various personas (plant, remote, etc), associated pain points and process improvement opportunities
+ Demonstrated initiative, passion and exhibits confidence; proven ability to work well with & influence all levels of stakeholders
+ Ability to work & lead effectively in a matrixed organization and across internal and external constituents
+ Ability to execute and lead and drive change in complex, matrix, goal-driven, team-orientated service organizations; demonstrated success managing projects and/or implementing process improvement initiatives
+ Needs to know the details of the project plan, including identifying risks and follow up accordingly
+ Ability to present data in a clear, concise and articulate manner; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
+ Ability to influence change ? well developed influencing and negotiation skills; Effective consultant with demonstrable global project/program management ability
+ The work location can be flexible globally, but with access to one of the large international offices: (ex. Chicago, London, Waukesha, etc)
