Lean Leader - Supplier Quality Focus

Role Summary:
This role will focus on projects / process improvement within supplier organizations to ensure that affiliate processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems and minimize risk of poor quality. The position requires a comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex, highly technical concepts and principles in lean methodology.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Drives lean manufacturing activities across supplier organizations including methods, tools, roadmap systems, elaboration and deployment
+ Manages industrial improvement projects including process improvement, green field, revamp-up or extension, localization of manufacturing activities, etc.
+ Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
+ Communicates across direct organization
+ Present to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
+ Connects the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions
+ Works on cross-functional projects / teams to deliver technology solutions for the business
+ Communicates across the function in area of expertise Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in LEAN)
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing / process Improvement
+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% Desired Characteristics:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
