Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a self-driven and strategic Order Fulfillment Specialist who will help provide customer service function to internal and external customers including order entry, expediting returns, and will have an opportunity to work cross functionally in our Rockford, IL site.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering and maintaining orders into SAP.
Arrange for Order expediting: internal follow-up and customer contact
Creates and manages return and credit processes.
Organize and work with the team to do stockroom planning for resale goods and spare parts including establishing/maintaining inventory
Provide assistance in shipping tracers, refer potential customers to distributors, print rush package lists, price and delivery.
Provide an exceptional client experience in every interaction.
Provide insightful advice and direct support to clients in need. Diagnoses of issues and provide resolution.
Qualifications:
Associates degree (A.A.) in Electronics or Business from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience in a customer service role.
1-3 years experience in a customer service environment
Experience with SAP and MS Office required.
Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
Global mindset and excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization.
Time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing effective systems and processes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
