Sr Lifecycle Operations Engineer - Site IT Leader

Role Summary:
As the Digital Technology Site Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Digital Technology efforts for the Loves Park, IL BGA&IS facility. In this role, you will partner with the local leadership team and address the strategic and tactical Digital issues impacting operations. This role requires strong project, interpersonal, leadership, compliance and change skills. The individual will report functionally to the Digital Technology Leader and operationally to the Site Leader.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the DT site leader and participate in staff strategic discussions / decisions relative to Information and Digital Technologies
+ Ability to work independently on a diverse number of projects
+ Deliver projects while working with multiple Digital teams and Business functional experts
+ Provide technical project management and development support for site and value stream analytics projects
+ Provide technical project management for site IIOT, site digitization, and infrastructure projects
+ Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of large / complex IT solutions for business processes
+ Participate in site lean activities, using digital technology to help analyze and simplify operations.
+ Working knowledge for WAN, LAN, WLAN, and OT Networking Standards
+ Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and LINUX server technology
+ Fundamental collaboration skills: ability to work with cross-functional peers
+ Act as the escalation point for site?s IT issues and own the resolution of IT issues in a timely manner (By the help desk or local support)
+ Coordinate and communicate all Change Management and Risk Management activities
+ Ensure conformance of established IT architecture, standards, and practices
+ Lead in the evaluation / implementation of third party software solutions
+ Initiate and coordinate outsourced supplier efforts, as required
+ Prepare, present, and review project plans, status reports, cost / benefit studies, and recommend funding and resources
+ Stay current with emerging technologies and promote their use
+ Drive operations and strategy for all areas of IT including shop floor technology and applications
+ Evaluate new user technologies (office automation and collaboration tools, mobile devices, wearables, etc.?) to improve overall employee experience and increase productivity Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
+ ? Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology)
+ At least 4 years of experience Eligibility Requirements:

+ Proven skill in both business planning and information technology
+ Knowledge of networking, storage, and computing infrastructure
+ Discrete manufacturing experience
+ Knowledge of Oracle EBS or other ERP applications with additional hands-on experience
+ Knowledge and hands-on experience with analytics products (Tableau, Spotfire)
+ Able to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive change
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Capable and influential at project management

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
