We are seeking a self-driven and strategic Service Training Coordinator for our Loves Park, IL site.
Responsibilities:



  • Create training materials and conduct technical service training programs related to Danfoss Drives; North America Drives Division (NAM DDS) products and services sold within the US and Canada for external customers, channel partners and internal Danfoss personnel.


  • Develop and maintain training sessions focused on enhancing the competency levels of direct and authorized service and sales personnel in selection, installation, start-up, troubleshooting and repair best practices of DDS products.


  • Training objectives to be aligned to address gaps determined by conducting the necessary Needs Analysis and GAP Analysis.


  • Responsible for quality and accuracy of training material content based on best information available.


  • Responsible for maintaining training material and content with revisions and updates in a timely manner.


  • Responsible for developing and conducting service training sessions in classroom, hands-on laboratory environment as well as online via WebEx, Skype or equivalent.


  • Will establish specific service training objectives and programs by conducting the necessary needs analysis and following course development outlined by ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standard.


  • Formulates training programs and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.


  • Revise, and adjust course content, materials or delivery method according to participant feedback.


  • Coordinates with product / sales / marketing managers to develop training aids such as hands-on lab exercises, manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.



Qualifications:



  • Associates Degree (A.A.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Education or other relevant technical fields. Bachelor?s Degree (B.A.) preferred.


  • 3 yrs. of experience in the configuration, installation, application and operation of AC drives preferred.


  • Experience in direct classroom training, including curriculum and course development or equivalent customer interaction is highly desirable.


  • Experience in presentation and course materials development for a technical product.


  • Ability to understand the North American Danfoss Drives go to market strategy and the AC Drives customer, channel partner and installations.


  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.


  • Support software development for energy savings programs, pricing and product configuration programs and other software marketing tools as required.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.


  • Global mindset and excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
