Channels Sr Manager

Role Summary:
The Channels Sr Manager leads GE Healthcare Digital Imaging and Care Areas and Analytics Solutions third party distribution strategies and plans for the US. Executes comprehensive business planning for existing legacy VARS and develops prospecting and recruitment campaigns to attract and build a partner ecosystem for the Imaging and Care Areas and Analytics Solutions Business.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Channels Sr Manager leads GE Healthcare Digital Imaging and Care Areas and Analytics Solutions third party distribution strategies and plans for the US. Executes comprehensive business planning for existing legacy VARS and develops prospecting and recruitment campaigns to attract and build a partner ecosystem for the Imaging and Care Areas and Analytics Solutions Business. In conjunction with Channel Marketing and Channel Partner Support, this role is responsible for Strategic GTM plans by partner, directing overall partner relationships to maximize GE channel investments while developing alternative routes to market. He/she will be responsible for managing executive and sales leader relationships within the US VAR channel.
This role will leverage GE?s renewed commitment of partner programs and infrastructure to enable a high growth and scalable channel. He/she will be responsible for managing a rigorous and effective recruitment and onboarding process for new VARS and Solution Providers. He/she are responsible for driving orders, achieving revenue targets, launching NPI and delivering net new share growth targets for our portfolio of GE Imaging and Care Areas and Analytics offerings.
Additionally, the Channels Sr Manager will align to the overall GE Healthcare Channel Strategies and Plans and leverage these best practices cross functionally. This role will build cross P&L synergies with the larger GE Healthcare Division to scale a successful channel and extend GE reach into underpenetrated market segments.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
+ VAR, reseller/agent and Solution Partner recruitment/onboarding
+ Development/Execution of Strategic VAR Account Plan and Quarterly Business Reviews
+ Planning and execution of partner demo, sales and implementation training
+ Ensuring guidelines and requirements are met specific to Centricity Partner Program
+ Manage Reseller/Agent model and competitive replacement programs
+ Report out monthly to key senior management stakeholders on channel development strategies and plan execution.
+ Work with marketing and operations to manage channel partner program activities
+ Ensure all distribution partners execute strategic and quarterly business planning
+ Work with channel marketing and operations to execute integrated recruiting and on-boarding campaigns
+ Work with Sales Operations to provide funnel and forecasting for each VAR
+ Ensure channel partners have available and necessary tools, training, and resources for all new product releases and upgrades
+ Coordinate with marketing/sales ops as required for on-going program execution
+ Point person for annual partner kickoff meetings
+ Contribute to GE?s strategic planning processes as required
+ Work with finance/sales operations to ensure performance targets, rebates and co-op payments are accurate and paid out in a timely manner Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor?s Degree
+ 5 or more years? experience working in sales, business development, and/or operations functions. Experience in Software and/or Healthcare industry strongly preferred.Eligibility Requirements:

+ This position is open US location.
+ Willingness to travel up to 30%-40% of the time. Desired Characteristics:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
