Senior Instructor Analyst- APM Technical

Role Summary:
The Senior Instructor Analyst is responsible for the consistent development, deployment, and continual improvement of engaging technical and solution training for GE Digital and its global channels.
Essential Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Education Services Delivery Leader and works integrally with associated teams to create, revise, coordinate and deliver training (globally) to internal and external partners and customers. This will include select duties as Subject Matter Expert, Instructor, and Certification agent. Successful candidates must work cross-functionally with Engineering, Content and Services teams in the delivery of training programs.
In this role, you will:
+ Master and deliver technical APM Instructor-Led Training (ILT) to GE Digital, GE Business Units, partners, and customer audiences.
+ Support content development for new and revised technical APM courses, including training lab exercises, presentation materials, and job aids.
+ Develop potential instructors and provide ongoing support for certified instructors, including refresher sessions and teach-back assessments
+ Provide comment on training engagements, customer feedback, delivery improvements, training goals, and the overall APM training curriculum to support a continual improvement process. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
+ Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
+ 2-4 years? experience facilitating highly technical software training
+ 2-4 years? experience installing and configuring on-premise and cloud-based technical software applications.Eligibility Requirements:

+ Must be willing to travel 10%
+ Must be willing to work out of an office located in Chicago, IL or San Ramon, CA Desired Characteristics:
+ Experience delivering training in multiple formats (e.g., Classroom, remote via internet, shoulder-to-shoulder, etc.)
+ Asset Performance Management experience. (3-5 years)
+ Technical experience with GE Digital software solutions. (3 years)
+ Comfortable in a demanding, IT-intensive environment
+ History of developing and deploying training in multiple formats (eg. Print media, electronic documents, web pages, audio or podcast, multimedia presentations and training modules, distance learning components and deliverables).
+ Demonstrated high standard for clear, concise communication (written and verbal)
+ Strong understanding of training technology and adult learning concepts
+ Classroom (physical and virtual) instructional skills are a strength
+ Superior verbal & written communication skills.
+ Strong knowledge of the following core development tools: MS Word, MS PowerPoint
+ Strong understanding and practical skills with of IS/IT systems (eg. Server & client OS, Databases & client tools, queries, web technologies)
+ Existing portfolio of training content created and/or delivered

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
