We are seeking a self-driven and strategic Product Manager for our Enclosed Drives at our Loves Park, IL site.
Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain enclosed drives product plans and portfolio so there is a clear value proposition that support our growth ambitions in NAM / UL market, and in close coordination with key stakeholder?s functions like R&D, Applications, marketing & Service.

  • As the product expert participate in key customer meetings and events & support the big customer projects.


  • Own and drive enclose drives UL specifications, provide inputs to product evolution and new product development.


  • Based on market feedback and analysis initiate product and application improvements, - including quality, costs, performance.


  • Participate/influence in product development projects, actively contribute to ensure the product is developed in accordance with UL market requirements.


  • Support product launch activities and marketing campaigns.


  • Provide inputs to marketing material, documentation and training material.


  • Monitor and analyze competitors on product level and recommend actions.


  • Work closely with key stakeholders primarily other product management functions, Sales, Marketing & Service, center of Excellences and R&D.


  • Share and communicate the product lifecycle journey globally.



Qualifications:



  • BS/MS degree in Engineering or Master?s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.


  • 3 to 5 years work experience required in BU's industry with detailed knowledge of software, electrical or electro-mechanical competence.




  • Must have extensive knowledge of the BU target markets and applications with a broad knowledge of the sales process.


  • Good knowledge of key IT tools (MS Office, SAP - Business Intelligence Warehouse)?


  • Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline driven environment


  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team


  • Global mindset and excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization.


  • Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing effective systems and processes.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
