Regional Manager- Janitorial Services

Basic Job Duties
Responsible for the development, implementation, and expansion of an integrated consumer driven janitorial business while working collaboratively with the Community Support Program. Would oversee operations of the business ensuring adequate scheduling, maintaining accurate records for attendance and payroll, ensuring that quality standards and measures established at each work site are met, and be responsible for supply/equipment inventory, ordering, purchasing, and maintenance.
Education/Training Requirements
High School diploma/GED with 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in janitorial work.
Other Requirements
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, proof of insurance, and good driving record. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, have good social and assessment skills, have the ability to work independently and interact professionally within the public domain, and must demonstrate belief in the principles of recovery and empowerment of persons with serious mental illness. Willingness to work flexible hours and basic computer navigation and word processing skills essential. Must attend Blood Borne Pathogen and OIG, within first 10 working days of hire and annually thereafter; must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid training after hired. Must attend corporate compliance and security rule training.
Employment is conditional upon passing fingerprint and other background checks
POSITION STATUS:
Full-time
SALARY RANGE:
$28,000 - $33,600 annually
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
