Serves as the primary solution and technical resource in driving the sales force and responsible for actively driving the solution demonstration and evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key solution advisor and product advocate for Cleos products and
. Manages and interprets customer requirements and speaks with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs. Assists with collecting customer and partner feedback regarding their experience and satisfaction. Supports the analysis, provide insights into the recommendation and continually improves actions needed to ensure a great customer experience. Identifies the appropriate solutions to solve customer problems and prepares for and develops product demonstrations. Conducts technical presentations and demonstrates how Cleos products meet client needs. Eliminates sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches and will persuade customers and partners that Cleos products and services best satisfy their needs in terms of functionality, quality, ease-of-use, and delivery. Responds to functional and technical elements of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs). Uses customer insight and market research to assist with the assessment of buy, build, or partner decisions for key product initiatives. Help prepare marketing research document to establish engineering product development cycles. Assist in the assessment of emerging technology and market trend, integrating into product planning. Execute thought leadership and maintain communications with other thought leaders in and outside Cleo. Enable tactical market execution excellence for each Cleo product line.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering and Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in
offered or related occupation.
Experience must include: experience with Business to Business (B2B) internet-based data communication products including B2B Gateway, Managed File Transfer; EDI Translator products and Application to Application (A2A) integration products; experience in a sales capacity of assisting customers in understanding software technology.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
