- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their preferences and needs - Educate customers on the different strains, products, and consumption methods available - Upsell products and promote specials or promotions to increase sales - Conduct product demos and provide guidance on proper usage and dosage - Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus - or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus Please note that this position involves working with marijuana products.
