Position
Summary:
Manages a business plan in an effort to meet the objectives set forth by the company.
Manages staff to achieve a business plan that includes markets, key accounts and target accounts.
Understands core strengths, weaknesses and market share in its assigned territory.
Monitors staff progress in maintaining and closing sales, increasing margins and representing overall product line.

Responsibilities:

Manages a business plan that generates new growth and maximizes increased sales and profit dollarsProspects and develops new businessManages customer and supplier base, markets and productsSeeks out new market opportunities and explores existing marketsAttends manufacturers representatives educational meetings on product lines and applicationsReviews inventory levels and accounts receivablesOversees day to day branch sales Recruits new staffManages staff development, performance and reviewsAdministers company policy and proceduresTravels as necessary for meetings and customer contactSupervisory

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
