As a Business Assistant (Receptionist) at the Reception Area, you are the first person that our patients see when they walk in and have one of the most (if not the most) important positions in our dental office.

Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, as well as sustain patient comfort and provide appropriate education to patients Knowledge of Account Ledger Insurance Breakdown Answering phone calls Scheduling appointments Send claims Send Pre Authorizations Utilize Open Dental for patient scheduling and record keeping Adherence to HIPAA protocols Other duties associated with Business Assistants & Receptionists at a dental office.
