Objetivo del puesto:
Responsable de todas las etapas de la construcci n de remolques.
Funciones esenciales:
Operar todo tipo de herramientas esenciales y necesarias para el puesto, entre ellas taladro de mano, martillo, clavadora, pistola de calafateo, cincel, trinchetas, esp tula, lijadora de disco, remachadora, llave de impacto, remachadora industrial, fresadora de mano, amoladora y cinta de medir.
Mantener los requisitos de torque constante.
Otras obligaciones seg n sea necesario.
Preparar superficies de metal.
Limpiar los componentes del remolque con solventes.
Calafatear todas las uniones y juntas del remolque que se requieran.
Posicionar y unir partes entre s con pernos, tornillos, remaches u otros medios de sujeci n.
Ensamblar subconjuntos, como --de manera enunciativa y no limitativa-- mangueras de freno, paneles de luces, ejes, sistemas de frenos de aire, conectores de tipo nose box, cableado, montaje de llantas, puertas, paredes, etc.
Perforar aluminio, acero y madera.
Realizar dise os de mediciones conforme a planos.
Operar puentes-gr a.
Realizar todas las tareas asignadas de una manera segura, eficiente, oportuna, precisa y altamente productiva de conformidad con la pol tica de la empresa.
Contribuir al esfuerzo del equipo por elaborar un producto de calidad.
Presentarse en el horario laboral programado de forma regular y puntual.
Mantener una buena asistencia.
Ser capaz de trabajar las horas extras obligatorias.
Ser capaz de cumplir con todas las pol ticas y los procedimientos de la empresa.
